Electronics lines work in ESD-controlled environments with tight process windows for fine-pitch placement, reflow profiles and inspection. Equipment is rated for cleanroom or antistatic conditions, and process repeatability matters more than raw throughput. Feeders, nozzles and consumables are sourced alongside the machines they fit.

We supply equipment across PCB assembly, component placement and test, and locate discontinued modules or compatible spares when a line is held up.

Typical items:

• SMT placement — pick-and-place machines, feeders, nozzles and stencil printers.
• Soldering and reflow — reflow ovens, wave and selective soldering systems.
• Inspection — automated optical inspection (AOI), solder-paste inspection (SPI) and X-ray systems.

We work with serial items and source analogs for discontinued or restricted equipment.
