What the Service Includes
- Sourcing to your specification: We buy each item from the manufacturer or an authorised dealer using the part numbers, brands and technical requirements in your request.
- Serial and hard-to-find part numbers: We cover standard catalogue positions as well as rare or discontinued part numbers that are no longer simple to order directly.
- Production and shipment dates: We confirm the lead time at the factory and the ready-to-ship date with you before the order is placed.
- Quality control before shipment: We check completeness and conformity against the specification, with inspection at the manufacturer's site available on request.
- Packing for the chosen transport: Packaging and labelling are matched to the transport mode and to the storage conditions the cargo will meet in transit.
- Full shipping document set: Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of conformity and origin, and insurance papers where the order calls for them.
- Settlement in CNY, USD or EUR: Payment is agreed per order in one of the three settlement currencies.
