Analog Sourcing
When the original is discontinued, restricted or carries an unacceptable lead time, we find a functional replacement and confirm it fits before you buy.

What the Service Includes
- Technical analysis of the original: We review the specification of the original part: dimensions, electrical parameters, interfaces, protection class and operating conditions.
- Search across several manufacturers: We request candidate analogs from more than one producer rather than offering whatever a single supplier happens to stock.
- Parameter comparison table: We set the original and each candidate side by side on the parameters that decide compatibility.
- Compatibility check: We verify that the analog fits the existing system as is, covering mounting dimensions, protocols and power supply, without rework.
- Technical justification: On request we document why the proposed replacement is equivalent, so your engineers can approve it internally.
- Procurement and delivery: Once you approve an option, we buy it, control quality and ship it with the full document set.
Who This Is For
- The original is discontinued. Production of the series has stopped and stock is gone, so you need a replacement that keeps the same mounting and the same key parameters.
- The original is restricted or hard to obtain. Licensing or supply limits make the original impractical, and an equivalent from another producer closes the gap.
- The original lead time is too long. The quoted production time does not fit your schedule, so a replacement that is in stock or quicker to make is worth considering.
Why This Is a Separate Service
- Engineering check before purchase. Fitting a similar part without checking mounting, protocols and electrical parameters causes downtime, so the verification happens before anything is bought.
- Sourcing is not tied to one supplier. Candidates are gathered from several manufacturers at once, which widens the choice on both price and lead time.
- A standalone answer to 'out of stock'. Finding and proving a replacement is work in its own right, separate from simply buying a part you have already identified.
- A documented basis for approval. The comparison table and the justification give your engineers something to sign off rather than a verbal assurance.
What You Receive
- Parameter comparison table (original vs. analogs)
- Technical justification for the replacement (where required)
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of Conformity (COC)
- Certificate of Origin (where required)
- Insurance documents (where required)
How It Works
Request
You describe the part: number, brand, specification, quantity and the timeline you need it by.
Analysis
We study the original and identify which parameters are critical to a working replacement.
Search
We request analogs from several manufacturers, taking regional availability and lead times into account.
Comparison
We prepare a table that sets the original against each candidate on the key parameters.
Agreement
You choose an option, and we fix the commercial terms, the dates and the delivery method.
Delivery
We buy from the manufacturer, control quality and ship with the documents.
