What the Service Includes

One counterparty for several markets: We act as your single contracting party for an order that spans manufacturers in different countries, so you sign and settle once.
Access to Asian manufacturers: From our base in China we reach producers across Asia that can be slow or impractical to engage directly from outside the region.
Worldwide sourcing for non-Asian brands: For brands made outside Asia, or for items that are simply hard to find, we extend the search to manufacturers and authorised dealers worldwide.
Supplier due diligence and KYC: Before contracting we confirm the manufacturer or dealer is genuine, authorised to supply the item and operating within applicable rules.
Contract with the manufacturer: We conclude the purchase agreement with the producer under standard international trade practice.
Multi-currency settlement: Payment to the supplier is arranged in CNY, USD or EUR, agreed per order.
Documents fit for destination customs: The invoice, the contract and the certificates of origin and conformity are prepared as a set that matches clearance at the destination.

Who This Is For

You need one counterparty for a multi-region order. Positions come from manufacturers in several countries, and you would rather hold a single contract and settlement than open a relationship with each one.
You cannot reach an Asian manufacturer directly. A producer in Asia is hard to engage or qualify from outside the region, and a China-based counterparty closes that distance.
You need worldwide sourcing for a hard-to-find item. A non-Asian brand or an obscure position has to be located and bought abroad, and you want the search and the purchase handled for you.

You describe the item and the target market: manufacturer or brand, part numbers, volume and the destination country.

Assessment

We check that the purchase is feasible and which export-control requirements apply to it.

We run due diligence and KYC on the manufacturer or dealer before committing.

We conclude the purchase agreement with the supplier as your counterparty.

Settlement

We agree the currency and the payment scheme and pay the supplier in CNY, USD or EUR.

Documents

We assemble the document set for destination customs and onward logistics.
