Logistics and Customs Clearance

Multimodal delivery worldwide by sea, air, road or rail, with cargo consolidation, insurance, and customs handled at origin and supported at the destination.

Logistics and Customs Clearance

What the Service Includes

  1. Multimodal delivery: Sea, air, road and rail, with the transport scheme matched to the cargo, the route and the timeline.
  2. Cargo consolidation: We gather shipments from several manufacturers into one dispatch, consolidating through our China base or the origin hub.
  3. Cargo insurance: We arrange insurance cover for the cargo on terms agreed for the shipment.
  4. Origin documents and export licences: We prepare certificates of origin and the export permits a given route requires.
  5. Export clearance at origin: We prepare and file the export declaration in the country of dispatch.
  6. Import support at destination: We support import clearance at the destination through local partners.

Who This Is For

  • Logistics as part of a full supply. We are already buying the equipment, and delivery to the agreed point is handled within the same order.
  • Goods bought, but stuck at the border. You purchased directly from the manufacturer but cannot move the cargo across borders, and you want the transport and customs taken off your hands.
  • Several orders to gather and ship as one. Shipments sit with different manufacturers in different countries and need to be consolidated into a single delivery.

Why This Is a Separate Service

  • Available even when you bought elsewhere. Logistics and customs are offered on their own, so you can use them for equipment you purchased yourself, not only as a tail to our procurement.
  • Customs at both ends. Export clearance is handled at origin and import clearance is supported at the destination through local partners, so the cargo is covered across the border rather than only up to it.
  • Consolidation from many sources. Orders from different manufacturers and countries are combined into one dispatch, which untangles routes that are awkward to run shipment by shipment.

What You Receive

  • Transport documents (bill of lading, air waybill, CMR or rail waybill, by mode)
  • Packing list
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Export licence (where the route requires one)
  • Cargo insurance policy
  • Export customs declaration from the country of dispatch

How It Works

1

Request

You describe the cargo: what it is, the origin, the destination, dimensions, weight and timeline.

2

Route

We choose the modes of transport and the multimodal scheme that suit the cargo and the direction.

3

Preparation

We arrange insurance, certificates of origin and any export licences the route needs.

4

Consolidation

Where needed, shipments from several manufacturers are gathered into one dispatch.

5

Dispatch

We clear the cargo for export at origin and hand it to the carrier.

6

Delivery

We support the cargo in transit and import clearance at the destination through local partners.
