About ASML

Based in Veldhoven, ASML is a Dutch technology company that builds photolithography systems for producing integrated circuits. It makes EUV and DUV lithography machines, optical and e-beam metrology and inspection systems, and computational-lithography software for chip fabrication.

ASML systems and their spare parts are supplied by ZHIMAI to semiconductor and electronics manufacturers worldwide. We operate from China with direct access to makers across China, Asia and wider markets, and we coordinate procurement, freight and customs end to end. Older or hard-to-find tools are matched to the current production model, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

  • EUV lithography systems: TWINSCAN NXE / EXE extreme ultraviolet machines that print the highest-resolution layers on advanced-node chips.
  • DUV lithography systems: TWINSCAN NXT dry and immersion deep ultraviolet systems for high-volume Logic and Memory production.
  • Metrology and inspection systems: HMI e-beam and optical tools for overlay measurement and defect inspection across the patterning process.
  • Computational lithography: software that models and corrects patterning effects to optimize chip yield and image quality.
  • Refurbished systems: reconditioned PAS 5500 and TWINSCAN systems returned to service for new applications in customer fabs.
  • Customer support and applications services: field service, applications specialists, training and spare parts for installed lithography systems.

Active catalogue tools and older ASML hardware are both available to order, subject to compliance screening.
