LOI Thermprocess GmbH, based in Duisburg, is a German maker of industrial furnaces and heat-treatment systems, and is part of Tenova within the wider Techint organization. Its equipment includes continuous and bell-type annealing furnaces, walking-beam reheating furnaces, annealing and coating lines for electrical steel used in transformers and e-mobility, melting and recycling furnaces for aluminium, and ladle furnaces and degassers for secondary metallurgy.
Based in China, ZHIMAI supplies LOI Thermprocess furnace and heat-treatment systems with spare parts to steel and aluminium producers worldwide. Our procurement reaches manufacturers across China, Asia and other markets, and we handle quotation, freight and customs clearance in one chain. Older or hard-to-find references are matched to the system still in production, subject to compliance screening.
Typical product lines we supply:
- HPH® bell-type annealing furnaces: batch bell-type furnaces with HPH® flameless, ultra-low-NOx firing for carbon, silicon and stainless steel strip coils, including up-to-100% hydrogen options.
- Annealing and coating lines (ACL®) for electrical steel: continuous annealing and coating lines for grain-oriented and non-grain-oriented electrical steel used in e-mobility and transformer applications.
- Walking-beam and reheating furnaces: large continuous reheating furnaces for heating steel slabs ahead of hot rolling, with combustion-air pre-heating for reduced energy use.
- Annealing and pickling lines (APL / H-APL): continuous annealing and pickling lines for silicon steel strip and hot annealing and pickling lines for stainless steel strip.
- Aluminium melting and recycling furnaces (TCF®): twin-chamber melting and recycling furnaces and casting furnaces for melting and recycling aluminium with reduced waste.
- Secondary metallurgy equipment: ladle furnaces and vacuum degassers for secondary metallurgical processing in steel melt shops.
