FBF Italia was founded in 1987 in Parma, Italy, and designs and manufactures high-pressure homogenizers, positive-displacement piston pumps and laboratory homogenizers. Its machines process and stabilise liquid and liquid-solid products for the food, dairy, ice cream, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors, with homogenizing pressures up to 2,000 bar and capacities from laboratory scale to 50,000 litres per hour.

ZHIMAI, based in Hefei, China, supplies FBF Italia equipment and spare parts to industrial buyers. Working from China with direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and worldwide, we handle procurement, logistics and customs end to end, and source current models, wear parts and replacement components for installed homogenizing and pumping lines.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Buffalo Series industrial homogenizers: High-pressure homogenizers with capacities from 50 to 50,000 litres per hour and pressures up to 2,000 bar, in standard, sanitary, aseptic (UHT), two-stage and abrasive-duty configurations.
• Positive-displacement piston pumps: Volumetric piston pumps for accurate, constant-flow transfer and metering of liquid and liquid-solid products, supplied stand-alone or coupled to homogenizers.
• Laboratory homogenizers (Homolab, Microlab): Bench-scale twin-piston homogenizers handling around 10 litres per hour at pressures up to 1,500 bar, reproducing production conditions for R&D and quality control.
• Ice cream homogenizers: Homogenizers configured for ice cream mix and other abrasive products, built for stable emulsions and long shelf life.
• Homogenizing valves and wear parts: Single- and two-stage homogenizing valve assemblies plus pistons, seals and other wear components for FBF homogenizers and pumps.
