Tetra Pak

Based in Pully, Tetra Pak is a Swiss-headquartered processing and packaging group long known for aseptic carton packaging, carton filling machines and liquid-food processing lines. Its equipment runs from paper-based packages and high-output filling machines to heat exchangers, Tetra Centri separators, high-pressure homogenizers and mixing systems for dairy, beverage and food production.

From our base in China, ZHIMAI procures Tetra Pak equipment and spare parts for industrial plants worldwide, with direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and further afield. When an item is out of production or hard to find, we locate the current catalogue successor and handle sourcing, logistics and customs, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Aseptic and chilled carton packages: Paper-based packages including Tetra Brik Aseptic, Tetra Prisma Aseptic and Tetra Gemina Aseptic for long-life products, plus Tetra Rex, Tetra Top and retortable Tetra Recart for chilled and ambient food.
• Aseptic filling machines: Carton filling machines such as the Tetra Pak A3 (Speed, Flex, CompactFlex), E3/Speed and A1 ranges that form, fill and seal aseptic carton packages at high output.
• Heat exchangers: Tubular, plate, coiled and scraped-surface heat exchangers for pasteurisation, UHT and heat treatment of dairy, beverage and food products.
• Separators: Tetra Centri centrifugal separators and clarifiers for skimming, clarifying and standardising milk, whey and other liquid foods.
• Homogenizers and mixing: High-pressure homogenizers plus high shear mixers and powder/liquid blending units for in-line mixing, hydration and recipe preparation.
• Downstream and distribution equipment: End-of-line conveyors, accumulators, crate packers, film wrappers, straw applicators and palletisers for handling filled packages.
