Toscotec S.p.A., an Italian maker seated at Marlia, Lucca, in Tuscany, has belonged to the Voith Group since 2020. It engineers full tissue and paper-making machines, Steel Yankee dryers, rewinders, stock-prep and approach-flow systems, together with the electrification and process-control packages that drive them.

Where a line is out of production, we find the current successor and manage buying, shipping and clearance, subject to compliance screening.

• Tissue machines: AHEAD conventional wet-press tissue machines, the AHEAD PRODERGY energy-efficient line, MODULO and MODULO-PLUS machines, TADVISION through-air-drying and INGENIA structured-tissue lines.
• TT SYD Steel Yankee Dryers: TT SYD welded-steel Yankee drying cylinders in widths over 6 m and diameters up to nearly 8 m, with TT Hood air systems and steam-and-condensate systems.
• OPTIMA rewinders: OPTIMA-line slitter rewinders and TT WIND-P winders with automatic NIP and reel-density control for tissue parent rolls.
• Stock preparation and approach flow: TT TM low-density and TT VP medium-density pulpers, TT SS superscreens, TT HDC high-density cleaners and the patented TT SAF short approach flow system.
• Press and forming sections: TT NextPress shoe-press technology, suction press rolls, fourdrinier and crescent-former forming sections and tailored headboxes.
• Process automation and controls: TT Brain distributed control system (DCS) and full electrification and controls packages supplied with new lines and rebuilds.
