TGW Logistics

TGW Logistics, an Austrian firm held by a foundation, has been based in Marchtrenk in Upper Austria since its start in 1969. Its automated-warehouse and intralogistics output spans shuttle-based storage, conveying technology, goods-to-person picking stations, robotic and layer (de)palletising units, plus the management and control software that orchestrates them.

Operating from China, ZHIMAI sources TGW Logistics equipment and spare parts for distribution sites worldwide, with a manufacturer network spanning China, Asia and other regions. Where a part is no longer in production, we locate the present successor and take care of buying, shipping and clearance, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Stingray shuttle system: automated storage-and-retrieval shuttles handling totes, cartons, trays and hanging goods, including the Stingray HG variant for garments on hangers.
• FlashPick goods-to-person system: piece-picking system combining Stingray shuttles, KingDrive conveyors and picking workstations for sequenced order fulfilment.
• KingDrive conveyor technology: modular roller and belt conveyor system for transporting totes and cartons across the warehouse.
• PickCenter picking workstations: manual PickCenter One and robotic PickCenter RovoFlex stations for goods-to-person order picking.
• DeStax and SmartPocket handling: DeStax layer (de)palletizing units and the SmartPocket pocket-sorter for sortation and consolidation.
• WERX warehouse software: warehouse management and material-flow control software, alongside integration with SAP EWM, coordinating storage, picking and dispatch.

ZHIMAI fulfils orders for current and out-of-production TGW Logistics items alike, subject to compliance screening.
