Tenova

Tenova is an Italian engineering and equipment maker based in Castellanza, and a company within the Techint Group. For steel and aluminium producers it supplies melt-shop and furnace technology: direct-reduced-iron plants, electric-arc furnaces, furnaces for reheating and heat treatment, mills for cold rolling and lines for strip processing. Its TAKRAF unit also builds open-pit mining and bulk material-handling machinery.

Based in China, ZHIMAI supplies Tenova furnace, DRI and metals-plant equipment with spare parts to steelmakers and processors worldwide. Our network reaches manufacturers across China, Asia and beyond, and we run quotation, freight and customs clearance as a single chain. Where an item is hard to find we identify the part still in production, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Electric arc furnaces: EAF melt-shop technology for producing steel from scrap and direct reduced iron.
• Tenova HYL / Energiron DRI plants: direct reduced iron plants that produce metallic iron from ore using natural gas or hydrogen for EAF feedstock.
• Reheating and heat-treatment furnaces: industrial furnaces, including LOI Thermprocess lines, for reheating and heat-treating steel, aluminum and finished metal components.
• Cold rolling mills and strip processing: flat-product cold rolling mills and finishing and processing lines for steel and aluminum strip.
• TAKRAF mining and material handling: open-pit mining excavators, crushing and conveying systems, and bulk material handling and port equipment such as ship loaders and unloaders.

We supply current Tenova lines and earlier installed plant alike, subject to compliance screening.
