Syntegon Technology GmbH, based in Stuttgart, grew out of the former Bosch Packaging Technology and makes processing and packaging machinery for pharmaceutical and food producers. Its catalogue covers aseptic fill-and-close systems, inspection lines for pharma, plus flow wrappers, vertical and horizontal baggers, cartoners and case-packing systems.

ZHIMAI works from China and supplies Syntegon machinery and spare parts to pharmaceutical and food plants worldwide, drawing on direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and other markets. If a machine is discontinued or hard to find, we trace its current successor and handle procurement, logistics and customs, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Pharma filling and closing machines: aseptic and sterile filling-and-closing systems for vials, syringes, cartridges and ampoules, including the SynTiso gloveless isolator line.
• Pharma inspection systems: automatic and visual inspection machines that detect particles and container defects in filled vials, syringes and ampoules for GMP compliance.
• Blister and pharma packaging machines: blister, cartoning and serialization equipment for primary and secondary packaging of solid pharmaceuticals.
• Horizontal flow wrappers (Sigpack / Doboy): horizontal flow-wrapping machines that seal confectionery, bakery and dry-food products at high speed.
• Vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) baggers: form-fill-seal machines (Hesser and Bosch heritage lines) for dry food, snacks, coffee and powders.
• Cartoning and case packing systems (Kliklok / Elematic): end-of-line cartoners and case packers that erect, load and seal cartons and shipping cases.
