Sidel

Sidel is a French packaging-equipment maker serving the food, beverage and home- and personal-care markets. It builds stretch blow-moulders, fillers, labellers and downstream packaging machines, and engineers complete bottling lines that handle PET, cans and glass. The company is part of the Tetra Laval group.

Operating from China, ZHIMAI supplies Sidel machines and spare parts to bottling and packaging plants worldwide, with direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and beyond. Where a machine is discontinued or hard to find, we source the current equivalent and manage procurement, freight and customs, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• EvoBLOW blow moulding machines: stretch blow moulding systems that form PET preforms into bottles, including the laser-heating EvoBLOW Laser and the heat-resistant EvoBLOW eHR for hot-fillable containers.
• Filling machines (EvoFILL, SF series): volumetric and electronic-level fillers for water, carbonated soft drinks, beer, juices, isotonics, tea and liquid dairy in PET, can and glass formats.
• Combi and Super Combi blocks: integrated systems that combine blow moulding, filling and capping, with labelling added in the Super Combi, into a single compact unit for PET lines.
• Labelling machines: modular labelling systems, including Makro Labelling, that apply roll-fed, glue and self-adhesive labels to bottles and containers on the line.
• Palletising solutions (EvoFlex, RoboAccess_Pal, CoboAccess_Pal): single-column, robotic and cobotic palletisers that stack finished packs onto pallets at end of line with servo-driven motion.
• End-of-line packing machines (Cermex): case packers, shrink-wrappers and bundlers that group filled containers into secondary packaging for distribution.
