ProXES GmbH is based in Hameln, Germany, and builds machines, process lines and turnkey plants for the production of liquid and semi-liquid products. The group unites three established brands: Stephan (founded 1953) for convenience food, dairy, meat and confectionery; FrymaKoruma (origins from 1949) for mills, inline machines and vacuum processing; and Terlet (founded 1917, the Netherlands) for the treatment and processing of liquid products. Its equipment serves the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, covering steps from mixing and wet milling to deaeration, homogenizing, heating and cooling.
ZHIMAI, based in Hefei, China, supplies ProXES processing equipment and spare parts to industrial buyers, drawing on direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and global markets. We manage procurement, logistics and customs end to end.
Typical product lines we supply:
- Cutting and mixing machines: Stephan vacuum cutter-mixers (VCM) and high-speed mixing systems for convenience food, dairy, processed cheese, meat and confectionery.

- Complete process lines: Turnkey production lines that combine mixing, milling, thermal treatment and deaeration into full process solutions for industrial production.
