Founded in 1952 and based in Hart bei Graz, KNAPP AG is an Austrian builder of warehouse-automation and intralogistics systems. Its products include self-guided mobile robots, robotic picking and palletizing cells, shuttle storage and retrieval, conveyor and sortation hardware, and the KiSoft control software, serving retail, fashion, food, healthcare and industrial distribution.

From a base in China, ZHIMAI supplies KNAPP equipment and spare parts to distribution and fulfilment centres worldwide, with direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia and other markets. When a system is discontinued or hard to find, we identify the current successor and handle procurement, logistics and customs, subject to compliance screening.
