KHS Group

Founded in 1868 and headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, KHS GmbH builds filling and packaging systems for the beverage, food, and non-food industries. The company produces turnkey lines and individual machines for glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, and kegs, with German production sites in Dortmund, Bad Kreuznach, Hamburg, Kleve, and Worms and a worldwide sales and service network. KHS is a subsidiary of Salzgitter Kloeckner-Werke, part of the Salzgitter group.

ZHIMAI is based in China with direct access to manufacturers across China, Asia, and worldwide markets. We supply KHS filling, labelling, packaging, and palletising equipment along with spare parts to industrial buyers, and we handle procurement, logistics, and customs end to end so that line equipment reaches the plant ready to install.

• Filling Systems: Innofill fillers for beer, soft drinks, water, milk, juice, wine, and spirits in glass, PET, and cans, plus hygienic and aseptic filler blocks and keg filling.
• Labelling and Inspection: Labelling machines together with empty-bottle, fill-level, and closure inspection systems for in-line quality checks.
• PET Technology: Stretch blow moulding and barrier coating for PET bottles, including lightweight, recyclate, and tethered-cap designs.
• Secondary Packaging: Shrink-film, carton, paper, and adhesive-dot packers with variety-pack and bottle carrier systems for end packs.
• Palletising and Intralogistics: Innopal palletisers and depalletisers with conveying and pack-handling equipment for end-of-line material flow.
• Turnkey Lines and Line Management: Complete beverage lines with electrical engineering, line automation, and digital production-monitoring and maintenance software.
