Based near Bologna in Ozzano dell'Emilia, IMA Group is an Italian engineering group that designs automatic machines and complete lines for processing and packaging. It serves solid-dose and aseptic pharmaceutical production, packaging for food and beverages, and life-science and medical-device manufacturing through a dedicated automation arm.
ZHIMAI runs its operations from China and supplies IMA Group machines and spare parts to pharmaceutical and food producers worldwide, with direct access to manufacturers throughout China, Asia and other regions. When equipment is discontinued or hard to find, we identify the current replacement and run procurement, shipping and customs, subject to compliance screening.
Typical product lines we supply:
- IMA Active processing: oral solid dose machines: granulators, tablet presses, capsule fillers, banding, tablet and capsule coating, and weight-checking systems.
- IMA Life aseptic and freeze-drying: vial and ampoule washers, depyrogenating tunnels, fill-finish machines, isolators, and industrial lyophilizers.
- IMA Safe pharma packaging: blister machines, cartoners, tablet and capsule counting machines, and tube fillers for primary and secondary packaging.
- IMA BFB end-of-line: shrinkwrappers, overwrappers, case packers, palletizers and depalletizers with track-and-trace.
- IMA Coffee and Tea: filter-bag tea machines such as the C24-IQ, plus dosing, filling and sealing lines for roast, ground and capsule coffee.
- IMA Dairy & Food: form-fill-seal and dosing machines: VEGATRONIC vertical baggers, EURO-88 flow wrappers, and EFS-X cup and tub fillers.
