Based in Mason, Ohio, Honeywell Intelligrated operates as the Intelligrated brand inside Honeywell. The unit engineers, builds and integrates complete warehouse-automation lines, taking in case and pallet conveyors, sortation, palletising and order-fulfilment cells, with machine controls and software holding the system together.

From its base in China, ZHIMAI supplies Honeywell Intelligrated equipment and spare parts to distribution and manufacturing sites worldwide, drawing on direct links to manufacturers across China, Asia and further afield. Older or hard-to-find items are traced to their current replacement, and we handle procurement, freight and customs throughout, subject to compliance screening.

Typical product lines we supply:

• Conveyor systems: Case, tote and polybag conveyor lines plus pallet-handling conveyor for transporting product through distribution and manufacturing facilities.
• IntelliSort sortation systems: IntelliSort sliding-shoe sorters such as IntelliSort HS for high-speed diverting and routing of cases, totes and polybags.
• Alvey palletizers and depalletizers: Alvey conventional and robotic palletizing and depalletizing systems, including mixed-load and retail-ready pallet building cells.
• Honeywell Robotics: Robotic order-fulfillment cells with configurable end-of-arm tooling and vision for case handling, picking, palletizing and depalletizing.
• Automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS): AS/RS shuttle and storage solutions integrated with picking, conveyor and sortation for high-density buffering and order fulfillment.
• Machine controls and Momentum software: Advanced machine controls with the Momentum warehouse execution (WES), warehouse control (WCS) and SCADA software platform.
