A Japanese maker of construction and mining equipment, Hitachi Construction Machinery builds hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders and compaction machinery. Its line reaches up to large and ultra-large mining excavators and rigid, AC-drive dump trucks for open-cast operations, along with compact units for confined-space and urban sites.
